Skin needling with a 1.5 mm derma roller

1.5 mm derma rollers are consisting of 192 needles in 8 rows (lines) OR 72 needles in 3 rows (lines). Because of these two types of derma roller heads, the 1.5 mm roller is suitable for treating all larger body areas (8-line roller) and also not very wide scars (3-line roller).

Derma roller: Skin needling with a 1.0 mm

1.0 mm derma rollers are consisting of 192 needles in 8 rows (lines) OR 72 needles in 3 rows (lines). Because of these two types of derma roller heads, the 1.0 mm roller is suitable for treating all larger body areas (8-line roller) and also those hard-to-reach ones like lines around lips, nose, etc (3-line roller).
