Meso Cell Lift-Up instructions:

1. Mix three solutions together to the powder’s container.

2. Clean the skin with some cleansing solution.

3. Apply first half (50%) of the mixed solution on the skin to be absorbed.

4. Needle the area with skin roller.

5. Apply the other half (50%) of solution on the skin to be absorbed. Keep it for 15 minutes before applying any other topical.
